About Innisfil Toastmasters
Chartered on December 14th, 2015, Innisfil Toastmasters became a small and friendly community club open to all to improve their speaking and leadership skills.
Meetings
The meeting, which happens every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month from 7:30pm - 9:00pm, is usually divided into two parts:
- Prepared speeches and projects from the Pathways Program
- Speaking opportunities for everyone and evaluations
Guests and members are welcome to partipate and take on any roles they're comfortable with.
We provide a supportive and positive learning environment where both successes and mistakes are welcomed and celebrated along the journey.
Dress Code
Business casual or casual is usually the norm, but we ask whatever you find comfortable but appropriate. Members who are presenting a speech or competing in contest, are welcome to dress in more formal attire or a costume appropriate to their speech.
Membership
Guests are welcome to attend a few times to see if the club is a good fit. Membership is $100 (pro-rated) every six months plus an inital one time only sign-up fee to register with Toastmasters International.
